These terms apply when you buy the Prop Firm Rules Cheat Sheet + Playbook (the "Product") from Click Buy Click LLC ("we," "us"), which operates The Tick Ladder. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
The Product is a 17-page PDF. Part 1 compares published rules of 11 futures prop firms, checked on the firms' own websites or help centers on October 17, 2026, and explains trailing drawdown and position sizing. Part 2 is an educational playbook on candles, trends, volume and VWAP, illustrated with synthetic data. It is a digital download; nothing physical is shipped.
The Product is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any evaluation, account or service. Prop firm evaluations are simulated trading products; most traders do not pass, and any results are not typical. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
We work to make the Product accurate as of its verification date, and items we couldn't confirm are labeled UNVERIFIED. Firms change their rules, prices and terms without notice, so information may be outdated or incomplete after that date. Always confirm current rules directly with the firm before you pay. The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any firm named in the Product. Trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the firms. If future editions include partner or affiliate codes, they will be clearly labeled.
Prices are shown in US dollars on the checkout page and are charged once; there is no subscription. Promotional codes (such as LAUNCH9) are subject to their stated limits and expiration and can't be applied after purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
After payment, the Product is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Please check spam or Promotions folders. If it hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
Because the Product is an instant digital download, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If your file is broken, missing, or has an error, we'll fix it and resend it free. Contact [email protected] with your checkout email and a short description of the problem. This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own education. Your copy is stamped with your email address and order ID. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly post or upload it, or remove the stamp. We may stop supporting copies that are shared in violation of this license.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Buy Click LLC will not be liable for any trading losses, evaluation fees, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Product or your use of it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms for future purchases; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
